Yoga Flow with Barefoot – 8 week course

January 21 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm


A graceful, flowing yoga class to improve your strength and flexibility. Yoga postures are synchronised with the breath to create a supple body, a relaxed mind and a deep sense of wellbeing.

Beginners welcome .

Not suitable for pregnant women

Turn up on the day – £10.00 (any Tuesday session) or block book 8 weeks of sessions for £40 (block starts 21/01/2020)
