Enjoy a well-rounded hour of Hatha Yoga where you’ll learn and practice physical postures; breathing techniques; meditation and relaxation. Regular practice can help you improve your overall wellbeing, including physical, mental and emotional health.
This session will help you work towards strengthening and lengthening the body, improving posture, circulation, balance, and flexibility. Adaptions and options are given throughout the class to accommodate your body’s needs and energy levels.
Block book here – £40.00 for 8 weeks (Only available from 3rd Feb to 30th March)
Turn up on the day – £10.00 (any Monday session)
