Sense TouchBase Pears COVID-19 Statement:

The welfare of everyone that visits Sense TouchBase Pears is of the utmost importance, and we will do everything we can to ensure you are kept safe.

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 government recommendations closely and social distancing is being advised across the country, we want to ensure we are doing what we can to protect everyone who uses the building, especially the people Sense supports.

As such we have taken the decision to close to general public, including the library and café. We are also postponing all events, courses and workshops for the foreseeable future.

As you know, this situation is changing daily. We will be doing as much as possible to resume sessions as quickly as possible, when we feel it is safe to do so, and will keep you updated.

Beginners and Beyond Yoga with Barefoot – 8 week course

January 22 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

£40.00

Come learn and practise yoga – and feel amazing! We’ll explore some of the more common yoga postures and use the breath to find ease and balance in both mind and body.

Suitable for beginners and those with more experience, variations and modifications will be given.

Not suitable for pregnant women.

Suitable for 18+

Turn up on the day – £10.00 (any Wednesday session) or block book 8 weeks of sessions for £40 (block starts 22/01/2020)
