The Buzz, our premier room, is perfect for larger conferences or events. Located on the ground floor, it is a fully accessible space with air-conditioning and natural light.

It is fully equipped with audio-visual equipment including large presentation screen and microphones, as well as complimentary wifi to help an event go smoothly.

Our foyer and outdoor spaces make comfortable informal breakout areas for guests during breaks, or break-out areas/rooms can be booked for exclusive use to complement the main room.

Meeting/Breakout Rooms

We offer several bright and contemporary meeting rooms for hire, accommodating from 2-60 people. All rooms are fully accessible, with air-conditioning and natural light.

Our larger rooms include built-in induction loops and interactive presentation screens. In our smaller rooms, a mobile induction loop and screen facilities can be provided. Blinds are fitted in all meeting rooms to ensure privacy and allow the lighting to be tailored to your needs.

Day Delegate Rates

Our day delegate rates start from just £14.50+VAT per head and all include:

2 x servings of tea, coffee, water & biscuits

Room hire between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. 1

Complimentary Wi-Fi and car parking 2

Flip chart and presentation screen

You can then choose the package to suit your catering requirements from:

Bronze (from £14.50+VAT per head)

Hive Cafe available for lunch purchases

Silver (from £21+VAT per head)

Buffet lunch with water & fruit juice to drink

Gold (from £27.50+VAT per head)

Hot fork buffet with water & fruit juice to drink
